This is our new 4'x8' rug. As you can see, we have one of the world's largest house cats living with us. Okay, the rug isn't that big. But, Toulouse still took up the whole thing - immediately after we put it there.
This Maryn sitting in her 'Bumbo.' That's what the chair is called, to which Mommy's first response was, "I want a Bumbo!"
And this is whatever I do when Mommy asks me to do something. Shameful exploitation of Maryn, but it has a very high success rate!

Marissa! Your daughter is beautiful! I read the early entries of the blog with the story of the NICU. I worked for the March of Dimes for 10 years and your story is one I've heard many times. And it makes me cry every time. I cam only imagine how scared every was and I'm sure every second seemed like an eternity. YOU have a georgous daughter -- you look like you are back to your pre-pregnancy fighting weight and your husband looks utterly chamred to be in the company of two amazing women... (He's totally out numbered!!!) I love a happy ending. And I really appreciete your family sharing your story. I can't wait to meet your daughter. Betsy
